A 100% onshore SFCC partner looking to rapidly grow their team over the next 12 months, they require all kind of additions to the team, from junior hands on developers to new practice leads and engagement directors!
This company has put their employee’s satisfaction at the top of their priorities, and this is reflected massively in the way they organise projects. Rather than having 5/6 large development teams each dealing with 5 + projects, they split their developers into 20 smaller teams with each dev team assigned to 1 large/ 2 small projects for the entire year. As a result of this each developer feels real ownership of their projects and get to know the client company better than in any other agency. It goes without saying that this hugely improved work life balance.
What are they looking for?
Right now, they are on the look out for SFCC professionals of all levels, they have a practice director in place who can give you all the training you need to get up to speed right away if you are a junior.
Alternatively, they are looking for lead and senior SFCC developer to join the business, certifications would be awesome but not required.
